At Eikon Tattoo Supply, we stand behind the quality of our professional equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all needles, inks, and machines are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Eikon

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box for faster processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items meet our safety and hygiene standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
