We provide a one-year limited warranty on all Eikon-branded hardware, including our power supplies and machines, covering any manufacturing defects or component failures.
What is your return policy for ink and needles?
To ensure health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened ink, needles, or cartridges. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
