After much internal testing, including several trial shipments through a variety of parcel services, this Transportation Lock Kit has been deemed highly successful in protecting thermal copiers in transit. The formerly used black rubber strips are no longer employed in favour of these protective parts, which include transportation lock screws, washers, and plastic frames. This kit is compatible with all A3/A4 models that have been manufactured since 2007. Consequently, the Transportation Lock Kit can be mounted as a protective option for older models undergoing repairs, such as changing the glass tube.
